Great compilation! I had "Black Magic Woman" many years ago but had never been able to find any Percy Faith in similar vein. Great stuff, but I wonder if anyone knows why Percy Faith albums sound so crap? These tracks are from different albums but they all have the same wiry, screechy sound of "Black Magic Woman". I asked someone in the industry about this years ago but he could also say that he thought they were frequency limited because of the type of people who were likely to buy this sort of music--whatever that might mean. He was certainly right about them being frequency limited though.
