This is one very entertaining blog. I have visited others with downloads and compilations, but none that quite compares to the quality and breadth of your listings.
Be sure not to forget Pee-wee's Big Adventure or I will be a real unhappy camper! There are three dream sequences in that movie; the opening overture (The Big Race) and two nightmares (Dinosaur Dream and Clown Dream). Of course, you have three more volumes to cover, I don't doubt your abilities at all.
First, a bit of philosophy on my approach: I tried to pretty much limit myself to cues that the composer/moviemaker specifically indicated as having to do with dreams (or nightmares, etc).
My purportedly "complete" version of Elfman's Pee-wee's Big Adventure only gives a dream title to two tracks: "The bike dream" and "The Hospital Dream."
It may very well be that in context of many films there are dream sequences, but if they haven't been specifically indicated in the cue, I have ignored them.
You will find the two cues from Pee-wee as a mini-suite in Vol.5, wherein nightmares reside. I find the music quite nightmarish...as I do Pee-wee himself.

This is some great stuff. Do you have an all-nightmare volume in store for us, too?
Yes sir, I surely indeedie do. Volume 5 is "The Nightmares."
You'll note that title doesn't necessarily define whether a piece is a dream or a nightmare. Even Nightmare on Elm Street had some good dream music.
